In front of a crowd of 34,594 fans, the Atlanta Braves and Boston Red Sox delivered an epic Saturday evening matchup. After Atlanta took the first game of the series and led 6-2 going into the bottom of the seventh, Boston stormed back with five unanswered runs to seal a thrilling victory.
The Red Sox plated two runs in the seventh and two more in the eighth to tie the game. That set the stage for the bottom of the ninth, when Rafael Devers stepped to the plate and smashed his eighth home run of the season, a walk-off shot that sent Fenway Park into a frenzy.
