After a lengthy rain delay, Game 2 of Wednesday’s doubleheader between the Atlanta Braves and San Diego Padres was suspended due to inclement weather. No word yet when it might be played.
Things couldn’t have gotten off to a worse start for Bryse Wilson who was in trouble from the outset. Trent Grisham led off the game with a double off the glove of Guillermo Heredia in center. Heredia had to go a long way to have a chance to make the play, but it was a play that needed to be made. Wilson then walked Fernando Tatis Jr.
