One of the spots the Atlanta Braves have to fill this offseason is at designated hitter. Marcell Ozuna has filled that void for the last few years. It was a tumultuous tenure, but he was good for most of that time. Eventually, he became a clubhouse leader and helped his teammates when they struggled at the plate. Ozuna did a ton of work to win back their trust, so if there's any hope of him returning, it's because of that.
Ozuna struggled heavily in 2025 with a .232 average over 145 games, including 21 home runs and 68 RBI.
