Freddie Freeman and Ronald Acuña Jr. will have some company on their trip to Colorado. Ozzie Albies was named as an All-Star reserve for the National League Sunday and will make his second career appearance in the mid-summer classic. Albies went into the final phase of fan voting leading at second base but lost out to Pittsburgh’s Adam Frazier.
Albies has been red hot of late and is hitting .265/.329/.843 with 15 home runs. His 59 RBIs are currently second in the National League behind Adam Duvall.
