ATLANTA — The Mets have one final chance to get out of Atlanta with a victory and end their five-game losing streak.
The series finale between the Mets and Braves is set for 7:15 p.m. on Thursday night at Truist Park. The Braves have already notched the series win behind Tuesday night's comeback extra-inning win and Chris Sale's dominant performance on Wednesday night.
As the Mets look to bounce back and end their skid, they will send Clay Holmes to the mound.
In his last start, the Mets were cautious with Holmes as he ventured back out after his first start in high altitude in Colorado.
