Atlanta Braves outfielder Marcell Ozuna appeared in court virtually Thursday morning and entered into a negotiated resolution according to a report by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The conditions of the resolution require that Ozuna be placed on six months of supervision, undergo a 24-week family violence intervention program and complete at least 200 hours of community service. He will also be required to take an anger management course and undergo a psychological evaluation.
The report adds that the supervision could be terminated after three months provided that Ozuna completes all of the requirements early and has no further violent contact with his wife.
