Here are all the former Vanderbilt baseball players on MLB Opening Day rosters

Vanderbilt baseball is known for the number of players it sends to the major leagues. Fifteen former Commodores appeared in the major leagues in 2021, including All-Stars Bryan Reynolds and Walker Buehler and World Series champions Dansby Swanson and Kyle Wright.

Twelve former Vanderbilt players made Opening Day rosters in 2022, plus left-handed pitcher Mike Minor, who is starting the season on the injured list.

Tyler Beede, San Francisco Giants: Beede, an All-American starting pitcher at Vanderbilt from 2012-14, was a first-round pick in 2014.
