Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic recently wrote about Trout’s future in Anaheim. He’s signed for just two more seasons (thru 2020), and the Angels are a mess in a highly-competitive division. There is little chance the Halos are better than the Astros in 2019 or 2020, and I’d probably take the A’s and Mariners’ chances over the Angels, too.
