Dodgers’ next hurdle is NLCS rematch with Braves

ATLANTA — The hard part is over, right?

The Dodgers have already dispatched the 107-win San Francisco Giants, the team that ended their run of NL West division titles and threatened to send them home for an early winter. No one else they will face in this postseason will have nearly as many wins or seemingly loom as a comparable hurdle between the Dodgers and back-to-back World Series championships.

Their National League Championship Series opponents beginning Saturday, the Atlanta Braves, won just 88 games during the regular season – the fewest of any team that qualified for the playoffs this year.
