Brian Snitker: Braves 'in good shape' entering World Series Game 6

Braves manager Brian Snitker sounded upbeat as his team headed to Houston and needing one win in two games for the franchise’s first World Series championship since 1995.

“We’re in the World Series — no pressure,” he said Monday afternoon. “The pressure was getting here. The pressure was the NLCS. We all want to finish it off. One of two remaining in our sport. Haven’t sensed any kind of pressure out of these guys. Don’t ever feel it in that room in there. You’re never guaranteed this, so enjoy it.”

Atlanta split Games 4 and 5 when it had to go to bullpen games after an injury to starter Charlie Morton in Game 1.
