ATLANTA — Former Marlin Marcell Ozuna homered against his old team for the second straight game as the Atlanta Braves took four of five in their series against the Miami Marlins at Truist Park, winning 7–1.
Ozuna, along with Matt Olson and Michael Harris II, went deep against Miami pitching on Sunday.
Marlins right-hander Cal Quantrill, who was roughed up in his last start against the Houston Astros at loanDepot park, exited after throwing just 47 pitches.
Manager Clayton McCullough told reporters that Quantrill had been feeling under the weather heading into the game, and the team anticipated it would likely be a short outing.
