Facing a lineup that led Major League Baseball in runs (863), RBI (834) and batting average (.267), Braves pitchers Ian Anderson, A.J. Minter, Luke Jackson, Tyler Matzek and Will Smith essentially silenced the Houston Astros for a 2-0 victory in Game 3 of the World Series.
Indeed, it was a pitching duel with the Braves coming out on top at Truist Park.
