Today is September 1 which means it is roster expansion day around Major League Baseball. For the remainder of the season, teams will be permitted to carry 28 players. Today the Atlanta Braves announced that they have recalled infielder Orlando Arcia and RHP Jacob Webb from Gwinnett.

After putting up big numbers at Triple-A, Arcia got an opportunity to lock down the left field job.
