The Braves bullpen has been beleaguered of late. From Arodys Vizcaino going on to the disabled list and Mauricio Cabrera basically being unable to throw strikes in his rehab stint to the Houston Astros doing Houston Astros things to them, it has been a tough road for the bullpen of late.
The Braves had recalled Matt Wisler in an attempt to get a fresh arm in the bullpen, but after giving up three earned runs in two innings of work yesterday...well that did not go very well.
It appears that the Braves are prepared to go in a different direction after giving Wisler multiple shots at winning a spot on the major league roster.
