Braves pitcher Jacob Webb was visibly upset after he hitKevin Pillar with a pitch in the face on Monday night.
Webb spoke to reporters on Tuesday, and was clearly still upset about the accident.
But Pillar's tweet late Monday saying he was "doing fine" made Webb feel a bit better.
"I’m just glad he’s alright. That was my main concern," Webb said.
"It’s tough, man. You never want to hurt a fellow competitor out there. We’re all here trying to do the same thing. Just a tough situation," he added.
