BRAVES NEWS
The Braves finished off an impressive trip to Pittsburgh with a 2-1 victory on Wednesday, with Julio Teheran tossing seven innings of one-run baseball. Teheran has now produced consecutive solid starts after struggling for much of the season, which bodes well for an Atlanta team looking to solidify its rotation down the stretch. The offense staked Teheran to an early lead as Ronald Acuña Jr. delivered yet another leadoff home run, his sixth to leadoff a game this season and 20th overall. The bats would go quiet until an eighth inning rally led to a Freddie Freeman sacrifice fly to left field, which gave Atlanta a 2-1 lead.
