The Braves placed reliever Chris Withrow on the disabled list prior to Monday’s game due to inflammation in his pitching elbow. The team hopes that the injury isn’t serious and that he will be ready to return in a couple of weeks, but it is concerning given that Withrow underwent Tommy John surgery in 2014.
