Braves come up short in 5-4 loss to Marlins

The Atlanta Braves pulled off another ninth inning comeback but fell 5-4 in extra innings to the Miami Marlins.

The Braves went right to work against Jose Urena as Ronald Acuña Jr. and Dansby Swanson worked back-to-back walks to start the game. Freddie Freeman made Urena pay with a line drive double off the wall in left center to put the Braves up 2-0.

After a quick first inning, Ian Anderon saw his pitch count start to rise in the second. Garrett Cooper grounded out to open the frame and then Anderson struck out Jon Berti for the second out.
