Braves Announce Roster Move Before White Sox Game

The Atlanta Braves continue to have a disappointing season, sporting a 56-69 record. Going into their Tuesday matchup against the Chicago White Sox, Atlanta sits in fourth place in the NL East, 16 games behind the Philadelphia Phillies.

However, despite his team likely missing the playoffs for the first time since 2017, general manager Alex Anthopoulos continues to make moves to try and improve the roster for now and the future.

Braves Announce Signing of Jake Fraley

Before taking on the White Sox, the Braves announced a roster move, claiming outfielder Jake Fraley off waivers. He was designated for assignment by the Cincinnati Reds on Sunday.
