The Braves released their 2020 Spring Training schedule today, which includes 17 games at Cool Today Park in North Port, Florida, their new home after many years at the Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando.
The Braves will begin the spring at home on Saturday, February 22 as they welcome to Baltimore Orioles to town. They will also host the Detroit Tigers in the split squad game the following day. I’m already looking forward to seeing Touki Toussaint and Bryse Wilson throw 18 pitches over one inning of work.
As for a few “key” spring match-ups, the Yankees will travel to North Port on Friday, February 28 and the Red Sox will be there the following Friday, March 6.
