The 2018 World Series came to a close on Sunday evening, with the Boston Red Sox claiming the ultimate prize. Though the Atlanta Braves exited the playoffs in less than stellar fashion, the 2018 campaign was quite kind to the team overall and, as the 2019 campaign approaches, there is plenty of reason for optimism.
