Pedro Florimon kicked things off by hitting his 11th home run of the season in the first inning, a solo shot. After that, the offense was completely stifled by Shao-Ching Chiang, who threw a complete game (7 innings). Alex Jackson hit a solo home run of his own (25th).
Touki Toussaint pitched well, not giving up any runs, but did allow six base runners. This is certainly one of his best performances of the season as he continues to ramp up in a starting role. Jacob Webb came on in the sixth inning and gave up four runs to sink the Stripers.
