Well this wasn’t a fun game at all. The Stripers offense was next to non-existent for this game and in crucial situations the team went 0-for-9. Austin Riley’s six-game hitting streak came to an end as well. However, Adam Duvall continues to swing a hot stick collecting two hits including another double. This makes eight-straight games with at least one extra base hit for Duvall who raised his OPS to 1.115. Pedro Florimon had an extra rough night going 0-4 with three strikeouts.
Touki Toussaint was a late scratch so that meant Andres Santiago had to step up.
