Connor Lien kicked things off with a two run home run in the 2nd inning. This was a dream game for Lien as he would hit another home run later and walked three times. Pretty great for a guy that’s hit under .200 for the past three seasons. In the 3rd inning, the bases were loaded for Spring Training hero Pedro Florimon, who on a 1-2 count, cracked a opposite field grand slam! Braves would go on to score a few more runs (including Demeritte’s 19th home run) to easily walk away with the W.
As for Mike Foltynewicz, he was more consistent today.
