This was easily one of Wilson’s better starts of the year. Wilson has been giving up a lot of hits this season, but he was able to keep the Bisons in check as he only allowed four hits in his 7+ innings of work. With this game, he lowered his ERA over a full run to 4.66. This was against a Bisons team that has some big hitters too - Cavan Biggio, Reese McGuire and Lourdes Gurriel Jr. Jason Creasy came on with 2 in the 8th and allowed 1 runner to score on a groundball out, but was otherwise pretty good.
