Touki Toussaint’s forgettable season has come to an end in the minors, as his command once again gave him issues. Touki gave up three runs over four and two thirds, allowing three hits and four walks while striking out seven. Philip Pfeifer pitched the next two and a third innings, giving up two hits and a walk- but no runs, while striking out five of the seven outs he recorded. Finally Ben Rowen pitched a scoreless inning to close this one out in the loss column.
The Stripers offense was non-existent on Sunday picking up a run on just five singles and no extra base hits.
