America’s pastime will be on full display this Independence Day, as the MLB has a full slate of games for fans to enjoy across the country. On July 4th, the Atlanta Braves will host the Baltimore Orioles to kick off a three-game series that goes through the weekend.
The Braves dug themselves into a massive hole to begin the season but have since got themselves into a respectable position. Still under .500, but Atlanta’s 38-45 record is miles better than where it was in April. With the New York Mets’ struggles as of late, the Braves could look to make the gap between second and third place in the NL East even closer.
