Atlanta Braves head out West again looking to stay hot against Giants

If there was ever a time for the Atlanta Braves to separate themselves from the National League East, their upcoming series against the Giants is a good place to start.

Over the next seven series, the Braves’ opponents have a combined record of 138-200 (as of Sunday morning), with three of those series coming against the three worst teams in the NL: the Marlins, the Nationals (hahahaha), and the Giants.

Atlanta has fared relatively well at AT&T Park (now Oracle Park — weird, I know) over the past three years going a combined 5-4, but three of those wins came last year when the road team swept the home team in the matchup.
