After news on Wednesday of Julio Teheran and Austin Riley being left off the NLDS roster for the Atlanta Braves, we weren’t’ expecting many surprises.
The Atlanta Braves ended up going with 11 pitchers and 6 bench players.

To me, it was a bit surprising that Brian Snitker decided to leave Julio Teheran off the roster in favor of Josh Tomlin. I love what Tomlin has done for the Atlanta Braves all year, but I think Julio can be just as effective in a mop-up, long-man type roll.
