West Ham 1-1 Aston Villa: Visitors hold their nerves to secure a point to ensure Premier League survival after keeping the Hammers at bay when one more goal would have sent them down

Aston Villa have survived relegation after holding West Ham to a 1-1 draw at the London Stadium.

It was a nervy performance for the visitors who were penned back in their own-half for long periods and nearly went 1-0 down in the first-half only for the on-form Michael Antonio to scuff his shot wide.

It was a dramatic final 10 minutes when Jack Grealish thought he scored the winner for his boyhood club before Andriy Yarmolenko's shot deflected over Pepe Reina.
