Pep Guardiola has challenged Jack Grealish to target scoring more goals to elevate his game to the next level.
Despite criticism of his performances, the City boss has been impressed by Grealish this season.
The England international has grown into his role at Manchester City following last year's £100million transfer from Aston Villa - and Guardiola claimed he has other levels to reach.

'Sometimes people need time to realise what they have to do and we are very pleased,' Guardiola said.
'The last game and the previous game (against FC Copenhagen) he played against Manchester United, he's played really good.
