Stiliyan Petrov in action for Aston Villa
Stiliyan Petrov has told talkSPORT he will NOT be putting his name forward for the Aston Villa job.
The Bulgarian, who played 218 times for Villa before being forced to retire in 2013 after he was diagnosed with leukaemia, is a hugely popular figure at the club.
He was part of the coaching staff last season and is convinced he will become manager of the Midlands side one day.
