Leicester are eyeing up Jack Grealish as a potential replacement for Manchester City-bound Riyad Mahrez this summer.
The Aston Villa youngster, who was a standout player in the Championship this season, is valued at around £40m.
Leicester should recieve £60m if Mahrez does leave the King Power and, according to Sky Sports News, the club believe Grealish is the perfect man to fill the void.
Villa failed to win promotion to the Premier League after their play-off final defeat to Fulham and while they are keen to keep hold of the 22-year-old, they understand he could be destined for greater things than the Championship next season.
