Jack Grealish 'to be fined £150,000 by Aston Villa' after admitting he 'stupidly' flouted government rules on coronavirus lockdown to attend late-night bash at Ross McCormack's flat

Jack Grealish 'will be fined £150,000 by his club Aston Villa' after admitting to 'stupidly' flouting the government's guidelines on the coronavirus lockdown to attend a late-night party at the flat of ex-team-mate Ross McCormack.

Grealish was pictured after leaving the penthouse apartment, where he crashed his £70,000 Range Rover and damaged two parked cars, and he has since issued a grovelling apology on social media.

Villa announced that he would be fined, with the money going straight to charity, and The Times report that the punishment will be two weeks' wages, totalling £150,000.
