Micah Richards tweeted what everyone else was thinking after Steven Gerrard was appointed as Aston Villa's new manager on Thursday.
Richards and his fellow Sky Sports pundits Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville waste no time in mocking each other on Twitter as well as on TV.
So when the appointment of the Liverpool legend was confirmed by Villa, former Man City defender and Sportsmail columnist Richards took aim at Carragher, Gerrard's great friend and former vice-captain at Anfield.
He tweeted: 'I wonder if is @Carra23 is gonna protect Gerrard like @GNev2 protects Solskjaer.
