Ten Hag branded United’s failure to hold onto a two-goal lead against Aston Villa in Perth as ‘unacceptable’ and warned his players that they cannot afford to switch off in games.
The tough-talking Dutchman can be heard berating them from the touchline if they don’t do exactly what he wants, but Dalot insists that is for the good of the team.
‘It is discipline,’ said the Portugal defender. ‘We need to be ready for that, to be ready to hear things that maybe we don’t want to hear.
