John Terry has confirmed in an Instagram post that he has broken his fifth metatarsal during Aston Villa's 2-1 defeat to Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.

The 36-year-old suffered the injury after just 20 minutes and was soon replaced before limping down the tunnel at Villa Park.
