Aston Villa have finally received new shirts from sportswear manufacturer Castore after their men's and women's teams complained about the initial ones supplied earlier this season, according to reports.

The club urged Castore to provide their teams with new kit back in September as players became concerned that jerseys were becoming too heavy with sweat and it risked impairing performances.

Three months later, the new shirts have finally been delivered, although Castore are still yet to inform Villa of the technical tweaks that have been made to the kit, as reported by The Telegraph.
