Steve Bruce insists he remains 'absolutely convinced' he will turn around Aston Villa's fortunes.
The Villa manager has come under scrutiny from supporters amid a run of six defeats in seven winless games but said he was 'not at all' concerned over his position.
Bruce said Villa required stability after going through five previous managers in less than two years and although the team has slid out of promotion contention and into the bottom of the table he declared: 'I am the man for the job.'
He added: ''I am relishing the challenge of it, that's for sure.
