Joachim Andersen scored a first half own-goal as Aston Villa beat Crystal Palace 1-0 at Villa Park.
Patrick Vieira's side thought they had the lead after just six minutes when Wilfried Zaha found the back of the net but the goal was disallowed for offside following a VAR review.
Villa took the lead in the 27th minute when Andersen found the back of his own net. Cheick Doucoure was sent off for a second bookable offence shortly after the hour mark.
