Alisha Lehmann has been targeted by trolls for wearing make-up during Switzerland's 7-1 thumping at home to Spain.
Lehmann - who is known as 'the world's sexiest footballer' and the most followed female footballer on social media - started in Switzerland's Nations League clash against the Spaniards but could not prevent a heavy home loss.
However, some users decided to pounce on her for choosing to wear make-up during the game.
One wrote: 'All that makeup just to lose 1-7 on home soil.' Another said: 'Ever feel like a muppet being the only one with makeup on to play a sport?
