The Arsenal Women FC WSL Academy aims at supporting talented female footballers within an elite player pathway to make the step from U16s RTC/Academy football into our Arsenal Women's 1st team.
The WSL Academy ensures that all players are able to develop their football as well as continuing with their education to ensure that players have a dual career pathway. The programme prepares female players for the next step in their football journey, providing them with the opportunity to fulfil their football potential while ensuring they also commit to an education or work-related training programme.
Players within the WSL Academy Programme play within the FA WSL Academy League Programme & FA WSL Academy Cup Competition with fixtures against other WSL teams.
