Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has revealed he thought he was going to die after suffering a heart scare during a game.
Szczesny felt pains in his chest during Juventus' Europa League win against Sporting Lisbon in April and had to be substituted in the first half.
The Poland international was left in tears, with his team-mates looking concerned.
Former Arsenal goalkeeper Szczesny described the pain as 'horrible' and added that he felt like his chest was going to explode.
Thankfully Szczesny was able to return to action quickly and he featured prominently for Juventus in the closing stages of the season.
