Lia Walti provided an open and honest assessment of our 2-1 defeat to West Ham United on Sunday.
We went in at the break one goal to the good thanks to a header from Alessia Russo, but following the restart we conceded twice before the hour mark and then failed to make our late pressure count.
"I think it was just not good enough today," said Walti" I think we came here and knew it was going to be a difficult away game. I think we had a good first half, we created a lot and we didn’t allow them to have many chances but we couldn’t finish off the game in the first half.
