Andre Harriman-Annous sparked the fight back with just over half an hour left to play, before Max Dowman finished off his superb solo run to draw the sides level.
And as the clock ticked into the 99th minute, up stepped Harriman-Annous once more, to seal a late turnaround from the penalty spot and earn Max Porter's side all the points.
