There has been a big boost for a bunch of Premier League teams who are hoping to sign Stefan de Vrij this summer.
De Vrij, the Lazio defender, will be available for free at the end of the season as he will NOT be signing a new contract with his current club.
The 26-year-old Netherlands international has been in talks with the Serie A side for a number of months, but Lazio have now withdrawn their latest offer as it is clear De Vrij does not want to stay.
This means De Vrij will become a free agent this summer… and some other big names will be joining him!
