Former Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour has said that mistakes made by previous Arsenal regimes must not be repeated when it comes to renewing the deals of Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli.

Martinelli after the victory over Liverpool last weekend revealed discussions were taking place over a new deal while speculation has been around for some time regarding the club's wishes to tie Saka down to a long-term contract.
