Saint-Etienne have been left frustrated by Arsenal after failing to bring back William Saliba on loan this summer as the war of words between the two sides continues.
The 19-year-old central defender was heavily linked with a loan move to the French club after playing there last season on a short-term deal.
But a move failed to materialise before the transfer window closed on Monday night. Saint-Etienne have been left unhappy by the Gunners for allowing Saliba's proposed loan move to fall through despite having a deal agreed 'long before the transfer window closed'.
