Rangers and Finland midfielder Glen Kamara has joined Red Bull as a global ambassador.

The 26-year old joins a select band to represent the energy drink company alongside such illustrious names as Paris St Germain's Neymar, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Barcelona's Memphis Depay and Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Former Arsenal trainee Kamara, who has been attracting interest from Premier League and Bundesliga sides in recent months, has earned increasing respect not only with his performances on the pitch but with his drive to emerge from humble beginnings.

His parents arrived in Finland as refugees from civil war-torn Sierra Leone and Kamara was raised in sleepy Soukka, not far from Helsinki before moving to London with his mother aged 12.
