Rangers star Aaron Ramsey is feeling 'better and stronger' than he has for a while

Aaron Ramsey's last appearance in the second leg of a Europa League quarter-final was the start of his problems. Arsenal's 1-0 win in Naples marked the night the Welsh international officially became 'injury prone'.

Collapsing to the turf with a muscle injury in April 2019, his campaign was declared over and he joined Juventus on a free transfer three months later. The list of injuries thereafter reads like the chapters of a medical journal.

Lumbago, an adductor strain and a stress response of the bone all feature while, before joining Rangers, muscle injuries restricted the 31-year-old to just 112 minutes for the Old Lady of Turin this season.
